Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using My Careers Bridge. By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms and Company Details

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and My Careers Bridge (trading name) / My Career's Bridge Private Limited (registered Indian entity).

2. Job Portals

We offer access to aggregated job listings through subscription-based portals:

Part-Time Job Portal: Monthly (£19), Quarterly (£49), Yearly (£179).

Sponsorship Portal / Tier 2 Portal: Monthly (£49), Quarterly (£129), Yearly (£399). Subscribers also get access to Part-time listings.

Full-time job listings: Remain free for all registered users.

Free Preview: Up to 10 listings are available before purchase on both portals.

Job Portal Disclaimer

MCB is an information and aggregation service, not a recruitment agency.

MCB is not party to any employment relationship between user and employer.

MCB does not guarantee any listing is current, accurate, or still open.

Employers listed on the Sponsorship Portal hold a valid GOV.UK sponsor licence at time of listing, but MCB does not guarantee ongoing licence validity.

Your subscription pays for access to curated listings and tools, not for any guaranteed job offer, interview, or visa outcome.

3. Career Growth Plans

Career Growth Plans are one-time services that operate on a counter model. You can purchase multiple times — each purchase is a separate service delivery.

Basic Career Growth Plan (BCGP): £79 — includes ATS-friendly CV, LinkedIn optimisation, and interview preparation.

Pro Career Growth Plan (PCGP): £349 — includes everything in BCGP plus WhatsApp job alerts and daily duties.

4. Bundle Plans

We offer discounted packages that combine portal access with our Career Growth Plans:

Part-time + BCGP: Monthly £89, Quarterly £119, Yearly £199.

Part-time + PCGP: Monthly £299, Quarterly £349, Yearly £399.

Sponsorship + BCGP: Monthly £99, Quarterly £149, Yearly £399.

Sponsorship + PCGP: Monthly £299, Quarterly £399, Yearly £499.

5. Academic Assistance

Our academic assistance services are priced on a per-word basis:

Pricing: £15 per 1,000 words (discounted) or £20 per 1,000 words (standard).

Limits: Minimum 500 words, maximum 20,000 words.

Services: Essays, Dissertations, Research Papers, Coursework.

Supported countries: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland.

Includes: Turnitin report, revisions, Harvard/APA referencing.

Delivery: Standard delivery is 3-5 working days; express is 24-48 hours.

Academic Assistance Disclaimer

MCB provides academic support and reference material.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of MCB's academic services complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.

MCB does not endorse academic misconduct.

MCB's academic assistance is provided as a study aid and reference resource.

6. Subscription and Access Terms

Access is granted for the duration of the paid subscription period only.

Access is timestamp-based and expires exactly on the date shown at purchase.

MCB sends reminder emails at 5 days, 2 days, and 1 day before expiry.

Renewing before expiry stacks additional time on top of existing access.

Users can hold Part-time and Sponsorship portal access simultaneously.

Access is non-transferable and linked to the registered account only.

MCB reserves the right to suspend access for breach of terms.

7. Payment and Billing Terms

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

Portal subscriptions are prepaid — access is granted immediately on payment confirmation.

No automatic recurring billing: Users must manually renew when their period expires.

Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

MCB reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, users have a 14-day cancellation right on first-time purchases of digital services.

This right is waived when the user requests immediate access and acknowledges this at checkout — MCB records this acknowledgement with a timestamp.

Subscription renewals: No refund — cancellation means not renewing; access continues until the paid period ends.

Career Growth Plans: 14-day window per purchase; partial refund applies if delivery work has not yet started; if work has started, refund is proportional to undelivered portion.

Academic Assistance: 14-day window per purchase; if work has not commenced, full refund; if work has started, partial refund for undelivered word count.

Refunds are processed by MCB via Razorpay back to the original payment method.

Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on the user's bank.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
